Ed Husain on his life after Islamic extremism, a Middle East Union and tackling terrorism
Description
Former Islamic extremist turned anti-radicalisation think-tank founder Ed Husain talks to Krishnan Guru-Murthy on the release of his new book House of Islam: A Global History. His faith in peace, unity and God sustains, informed by his own journey from young radical to progressive thinker. Drawing from his own experience and thousands of years of Islamic history, he argues that it is only through religion itself that extremism can be tackled.
