Eduardo admits he's not the greatest cook in the world, but the skills he does have in the kitchen all come from his Grandmother. She's the boss of the family, and remains his anchor, even though they're separated by thousands of miles.

Eduardo travelled to the UK on his own aged 18, now he's 21 and he's caring for others as he resets his dreams.
