Perspective and Perception - A Few Matters To Think About
I heard someone being interviewed on radio today, about their life—it totally gripped me! I thought—I would really like to spend one year with everyone who has ever lived on this earth to hear their life story and to also witness that person’s living for the whole of one year of their life—I would let them choose their year of life for me to witness. But then I thought again—if there has been up to this moment, since humans arrived on earth, a minimum of 20 billion or so—seeing our current estimate of those of us alive presently on earth today exceeds 8 billion—it
would take me 28 billion or so years to do it and that is only if no more humans are born from today forward!
How do I get my head around that spending such a short period of time with each person, takes so long to do—28 billion or so years? Imagine though the joy of learning new things, ideas, and ways and means for 28 billion or so years from all of your brothers and sisters! Things and stuff you have perhaps never thought of yourself!
If the 8 billion humans presently on earth...
