Elon's War on "Activist Judge" Backfired
Description
Elon Musk has been loud and proud lately about what a problem there is with so many “activist” judges in the judiciary, undermining Donald Trump. Well, yesterday, the conservative Supreme Court affirmed just such an “activist” judge, when they ruled that District Court Judge Amir Ali, could in fact force the Trump administration to pay out $2 billion in contractually obligated USAID payments.
Let’s dive into it.
