After starting my podcast in Hebrew (לב אמיץ which means brave heart), I realized there are so many people I would like to speak to that don't speak my language. One of them is Melvin, my husband.

We met in the morning with some mocha cold brew on the side, right before Melvin needed to head to his work.

To keep it short, this is a very raw conversation right from our home.

Melvin takes us into his intriguing inner world where pain meets surrender, and defeat meets a new beginning.
