This meditation offers you permission to need people. To be seen without being consumed. To stay connected without losing yourself.

You'll be guided through a body scan that brings you out of your head and into your body, followed by a practice in loving awareness that reminds you: you are not a burden. Your needs don't deplete the world. You can be known and still be whole.
