Former University of Southern California place kicker, Matt Boermeester, recently won a Title IX case against the university for falsely accusing him of "intimate partner violence." He won, but lost out on opportunities in his football career. Title IX was put in place to level the playing field in college athletics; to not discriminate on the basis of sex. But while he was being put through the ringer by the administration on the "basis" of a third party non-witness, higher-ups in the athletic department were conspiring with Rick Singer to admit a non-athlete with a fake profile on a team supported under Title IX law.
