You join me at week 8 of my training....
I've hit the wall and crashed, can't train, feel exhausted and basically very annoyed with myself. Why? My knees ache, my elbow locked out and my neck injury is killing me!
Tonights training session was a chat with my Coach Terrence which revealed a few home truths.
I may know my stuff when it comes to other people but for myself I'm awful! I've neglected fundamental things that are necessary and should really know better!
