Matt Schneider is a father & husband of 17 years. He is a business coach & owner of several companies. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Matt spent 7 years in law enforcement as a SWAT officer. This equipped him to develop a calm demeanor in the midst of chaos which serves him well in the business world. Matt is also the co-founder of The Squire Program. This is a father/son 1 day event meant to initiate teenage boys into manhood & create a lifelong memory with their Dad. Matt is a proven leader in the business world, but also an intentional husband & father to his family.
