Description
In today’s episode, we put the WORK in BREATH WORK! Mindfulness practices like meditation, yoga and breath work help to cultivate a focused and non-judgemental awareness of the present moment, noticing your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. We tend to live in the present moment while also being stuck in the past or thinking about the future. It’s natural for our mind to escape the present moment or wonder when we practice mindfulness. The goal is not to shut off thinking, rather to strengthen our muscle of mindfulness and gently bring ourselves back to the present moment. Try out these 5 practices and let me know what you think!
