Noam Bonnie and Aaron Kominos-Smith sit down to first talk about his work as a software engineer that brought him from Israel to America. They discuss the immigration process and whether Noam will ever feel at home. Not wanting to leave all of Israel behind, Noam trained himself in the art of hummus making, constantly tweaking his recipe. His hummus became so popular that coworkers began paying him for his authentic taste of the Middle East and he now runs a business selling his amazing dishes.
