Welcome to Episode 340 of the 3 Minute Mantra Podcast with Aaralyn Shiri! Today's mantra is Jesus said, “I am who you say I am.”

I started working on this melody a long time ago to incorporate it into a mantra song! My teacher, Liana Shanti, recently started a new podcast, and episode 2 is all about the meaning Jesus’ words.

It’s all about how other people’s opinions of you - negative and positive - are actually all about them. And it’s important to know who you are, and not accept anyone else’s definition of you.

I thought it would be the perfect mantra for this week, and I’m planning on getting back to the Sunday schedule soon.
