In today’s episode we speak about the importance of dying to yourself, on your walk in faith you will come to terms with the reality of having to get rid of the old version of you. Once you have chosen Christ as your Lord and Saviour you must walk into the new without any hesitation which includes all baggage from the past and in some cases this even means leaving behind your loved ones.

We debate on whether or not it is necessary to unfollow the people who no longer serve a purpose in your life? who are still attached to the person you used to be or If it is okay to just keep them around anyway?

A big change in our lives will always require us to take the drivers seat in new situations because without action and God along for the ride in the passengers seat you will have no results. You have to be ready to follow his guidance and make those life changing decisions.

Secondly we touch on the topic of making or finding new friends in Christ as it is very detrimental for your progression in faith to surround yourself with like minded individuals who believe in the same values as you and are actively working towards a better life with Christ.

Lastly we have a chat about this horrendous trend that is going around which is people glorifying the Lord under the image of a “Christian Baddie”…NO that can’t let that run around here! We will not allow the devil to pollute the mind of God’s children into thinking that it is acceptable or appropriate to represent the Heavenly Father under the mask of Sin.

Don’t be fooled into believing that you can have your cake and eat it too.
