Description

In today's episode, we discuss what is 'busy' and is it something that can change?

Time is an illusion, isn't it? Your language creates your reality - we know this. We 'bend' time often and you can too... we share our life hacks and tips/tricks on creating a bit more ease into your life.

We embrace calendars and diarys - when you are organised, you feel that you have more clarity and energy for other things. Oh, also control! And who doesn't want that?

The art of extreme self care - by Cheryl Richardson is a great book for looking after yourself. We highly recommend it.

Saying 'no' and creating boundaries are another way of creating space in your life. Are you saying 'yes' to coffee and not knowing why you are even meeting? Get clear on your time and how its valued.

We highly recommend the Pomodoro technique - which is a timer for 25 mins. See how much faster you will work with the impending timer coming... then of course have a 5 min break and go again! Emma talks about this in her book The 7 secrets to getting shit done. Click here to access this.
