Description

Out of all 503 episodes I have recorded, this is by far the one I am most proud of. In this episode, I talk with my new friend, Matt Thomas, a black man who is also a single dad. We discuss the tragic death of George Floyd, racism and what we can each do to contribute to a positive change out of this moment in time. Join us as we dive in to this difficult, uncomfortable topic, and thank you to my friend Matt for showing up with his big, generous, kind heart. THIS is how we move forward - doing the work, having the difficult conversations and connecting to others.

If you would like to have Matt speak to your school or organization, please connect with him at coachmattthomas@gmail.com.
