Being one of the lucky ones, battling through addiction and coming out the other side, I try to look at it like I was rewarded with a rare percpective and an even more invaluable toolkit of life skills. We get real about the struggle, the triumphs, and the lessons learned—whether it’s mastering car maintenance or navigating the frustrating journey of upgrading to a gigabyte internet plan. Wth is internet and how does it work? Those were the questions I wanted answers too, ounce my brain was clear.

That is where! Our story takes a dramatic twist when a routine inspection uncovers a flooded sub-basement and corroded wiring, bringing to light the critical importance of the landlord/ Owners responsibility  and obligations to properly upkeep  & maintain the property they rent or lease out. This episode isn’t just about fixing leaks and wires; it’s about mental resilience, the joy of being heard, and a call to action for ALL Glenwood Apartment Residents and anyone willing to help!
