The Power of Gratitude, our Episode 58 this week, focuses on being grateful to yourself and others. Gratitude starts with each one of us and walking the walk of being grateful begins with us. Grab your journal, write it down, and start with three things you are grateful for and focus on those. Then, share with a trusted friend or tribe partner and listen to the things they are grateful for and celebrate each other.

We shared some ideas and things to think about while you walk on your gratitude journey. Grab a jar, and it can be any jar that you love and make it pretty! Get a few pieces of paper and write down something you are grateful for each day. Now Shauna challenged us to do this for a whole year and you can tailor it if you like to do this for 30 days at a time, quarterly, or yearly.

Next, write down words or phrases of affirmations around the things you are grateful for in life. Gratitude is the foundation of joy and in our The Power of Joy episode, we talk about gratitude in detail and it sparks joy in our lives. Remember to celebrate yourself and stay present to enjoy gratifying moments. As Jeanette reminded us, gratitude is an action word. Take action, pause and connect with yourself and again, celebrate you!
