Accepting that we get old, out of shape, sluggish, not learning new things, or start breaking down as expected isn't ok. We can remain healthy and robust much later than you think, and it's never too late to stay fit or change course and get better. Everyone needs to engage with their health and longevity in a way that works for them. That may be walking every day no matter what…and your actions may make you want to do more.
