Let’s face it, there’s a lot of misinformation out there. One of the biggest lessons I had to learn early on in my healthy living transformation/journey was that most of the healthy habits I had learned about from parents, friends, media and even through nursing school were incorrect.
Over the years that I have been a Certified Health Coach, I’ve worked with many clients who held the same misinformation as me.
When this happens, we truly believe that we’re doing what’s best for our body. Then we wonder why we’re gaining weight, why we’re tired all the time, or why we’re sick.
I hope to bust some ‘healthy living’ myths here today so that you know better and do better!
