It was a rainy, windy morning in Vienna. I was on my way to Schönbrunn Palace, but something I saw en route distracted me, and I ended up changing tracks in an instant. A lady was setting up hula hoops in a small compound by the sidewalk. She also had a sign that said 'Eye Contact Experiment'. And I let my curiosity get the better of me.
