Description

Mourning the loss of his fiancée, lovesick mobster Big Willy Beluga hires a mad scientist to build him a Frankenstein-style replica. When a lounge singer washes up on the waterfront with her brain missing, The Smoker must stop Willy before he kills again. Story by Ross Wade.
