Happy New Year! And welcome to 2024. I wanted to share a solo episode about how I am starting the year off with a reset and my predictions for what will create more alignment for you this year - the spiritual trend forecast. I also share about the difficult grieving period that began my year as I said goodbye to my grandma and the important things I learned from those moments with my family. The lesson being that connecting to others is really all that matters, creating memories and being with those you love. I also share about living from the sacral yes, the power of the voice, having a unique POV and the way I am creating my own reset for the year.
