More about today’s guest:

The Grifalco winery was founded in 2004 by the desire of Fabrizio and Cecilia Piccin to take a new path after producing Nobile di Montepulciano for 20 years, focusing on what is considered the most important grape variety in southern Italy, Aglianico del Vulture. The project is currently led by their sons, Lorenzo and Andrea.

The winery has a surface area of 16 hectares with the age of the vineyards ranging from 10 to 80 years, divided into several municipalities of the Vulture, resulting in greater complexity in the wines that are produced. Andrea is responsible for the commercial aspects of the winery, as well as, media relations and supporting importers.
