Having both served at church in various compensation capacities; volunteer work, contracting, and staff, - Jacob and Timmy deep dive into their personal opinions on what factors to consider when trying to find the right fit and staying humble as a worship leader.
Timmy also creates under artist alias " ARISA" ; he shares his perspective of curation and creation in efforts to help people feel and cope with the realities of daily life and how he balances being a "secular" artist who also follows Christ.
