Hey there, it's Omi, and I'm inviting you to join me in a profoundly personal episode this week. Amidst current events, I've found myself grappling with my own mental health.

In this raw conversation, I open up about how I'm struggling, lean on a dear loved one, my partner Jake, for support, and invite you to share in that with me, with us.
