Testing your mineral levels before you decide to jump on hormone therapy and other kinds of testing can make all the difference when it comes to replenishing and balancing your hormones, losing weight, and healing from anxiety or other health conditions.


When God created Adam, He gathered dust from the ground and formed the man with dirt. This is why minerals are the foundational bedrock of your overall health. Minerals are the firing cylinders for every cell in your body.
