Steve Terry joins his son Kaden on the podcast. Steve, a long-time resident of St. George, Utah, boasts over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience. After graduating with honors in Business Management and Marketing, he started as a Real Estate Sales Agent, eventually founding and owning Premier Realty, overseeing 15 sales agents and handling over $50 million in transactions annually. Steve co-founded Ashlin Homes, serving as President and CFO, building over 100 homes. He diversified into insurance services, winning awards for his achievements. Steve founded and sold successful ventures in health insurance and sub-prime auto loans before focusing on real estate development, home building, and property management through The 528 Group, Key Development, and KST Ventures. Alongside his professional endeavors, Steve enjoys family time and traveling.
