Description

This weeks guest is Cal MacAninch, an esteemed actor, father and adventure seeker.

Cal has starred in TV and film but in this episode of FF we go into his most rewarding and most challenging role, being a father. We discuss all the lessons of fatherhood, what acting a father on screen has been like and Cal's incredible challenge of rowing across the atlantic ocean. Cal rowed 3000 miles across the ocean for the the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Rowing Challenge, a race unlike any other. This was Cal's biggest physical challenge to date and he tells the story of all he learned and all the insights that came to him during the immense challenge at sea.

I loved connecting with Cal and thoroughly enjoyed absorbing some of wisdom. A power hour of an episode!

I hope you enjoy!
