Description

Imposter syndrome has affected us all at one point or another. It doesn't matter how "successful" you are (whatever your definition is),  how intelligent you are, or how happy you are. When it strikes, it can leave you feeling frustrated, unworthy, sad, anxious...the list goes on. All this to say, it's not a fun time, and coincidentally, both of us have been dealing with a moderate case of imposter syndrome recently. Therein lies the reason for this episode. We talk about the cause of it, when you might experience it, recent examples of  personal experience, and how to get through it. If you're in the same boat at us, spend the next 30-40 minutes listening to this episode. We're all in this together.
