Ahead of this weekend's fabulous Bury St Edmunds Food & Drink Festival, we were so pleased to sit down for a catch up with Mark Cordell, CEO of ourburystedmunds Business Improvement District.
As always... an unplanned & unscripted ramble chat. But our conversation weaves around some cracking wines. We discuss the upcoming Food & Drink Festival, a career path from a life's service for Suffolk Constabulary to taking on the role at the BID, and recap Mark's recent flounce around France (and the wine's/regions he studied whilst travelling). As a result we're planning a trip to Bar à Vin, very soon!
