New home sales continue to remain steady and builder that have inventory aren't giving bug discounts. It's important to set the proper expectation so we talk about realistic ways to get the best deal possible with a builder and ideas on how to work with the New Home Counselor.

Experienced New Home Counselors will know their community and builder so when they have a completed inventory home they have an idea on what the bottom price is. We discuss if telling the buyer or Realtor what that price is and situations where it might be beneficial to give the price up front.
