In this episode we discuss the differences between leading and following as a climber, the roles of each, and how we must set an example to spectators who will eventually progress into followers, and in turn leaders. The leaders must know the truth of what they are teaching, and should produce good, trustworthy followers that will then keep the circle going. This is the mission of the church. As we look to our leader, Christ, let us be imitators of Him and walk in His ways and seek His wisdom to go and make disciples.
