In the second episode of season 3, we continue our three episode series on hidradenitis suppurativa with a discussion of the pathogenesis, comorbidities, and treatment of HS. We break down the complex treatment of HS into five categories including trigger avoidance, topical therapies, systemic oral agents, biologics, and surgery.
