This episode is part 1 of 2 with our WonderMum member Sammi.
It starts with a meditation that I took Sammi through at the end of one of our Pre-Natal Pilates classes (available in our Membership) and then an impromptu chat with Sammi about preparing for her up and coming birth!
Sammi is one of my Wondermum Pilates teachers.
This chat took place back in July and Sammi has since had her baby. I'm so excited to share her triumphant journey with you! Part 2 will drop tomorrow with her whole story, from first bub (emergency caesarian to second bub and her triumphant home birth).
