Hi there and welcome to the ManInside Show where every week we talk to different men about what’s in their mind and heart. Where we put them on the spot and really try to get to know them – their dreams and hopes, desires and fears and views on women and relationships.

And as usual I am your host Anna – the male soul hunter, host, producer and founder running the show from sunny Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!

The ManInside Show is almost one year old now with 2 seasons and 30 interviews starting with The Balance Seeker interview – a good friend of mine Daniel and ending with the all time relationship expert and best selling author of Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus – John Gray! 

This Season has been a big upgrade. First of all, all men in this season have online presence, a mission and a message for women.

We also had a very special edition of the show for Valentine’s Day – The Girlfriends – we talked to 3 of the girlfriends of the men I interviewed in Season 1 to listen to “the other side”. 

Also for the first time – I’ve released a video interview on Youtube with The Wanderer so if you haven’t seen it – check it out!

So before I share with you the major learnings from this Season – let me first thank all the parties involved in this journey. If ManInside Show was a Mercedes –  listeners would be passengers enjoying the ride, advisors would be the engine who are always pushing and making me go forward and the men interviewed would be the hitchhikers whom we’re picking up along the way. I want thank all of you for your support, trust and encouragement. Buckle up, enjoy the ride because lots of amazing things are coming up!

So what are the takeaways from Season 2?

 1. Men are human no matter who they are, how many followers they have or books written. Whether they are having sex on camera for money, travelling around the world or coaching and matching couples – they have human fears and emotions, they want intimacy and want to be loved. Our stereotypes about their professions and labels we put on them are not true. Ultimately, we all want to be loved and cared for – whether you are a homeless man or Justin Timberlake.

2. Mission & purpose is important for men. All of them are focused on their mission – whether they found it or not yet. They want to leave their mark, make a contribution and change the world. If there is a great woman by their side, they flourish and thrive. However, a woman is not the centre of their life. David Deida rightly points out to men “Your mission is your priority. Unless you know your mission and have aligned your life to it, your core will feel empty. Your presence in the world will be weakened, as will your presence with your intimate partner. “

 3. Each one of us should rely on ourselves for our own happiness. We cannot expect our partner to fix all our problems for us and  make us happy. If we are happy within ourselves and give the space and the freedom to our partner to be who they are our relationships will flourish.
