In this episode, Shannon "Joy" Finn returns to update us on her Appalachian Trail thorough-hike. She then turns the table and interviews John about the completion of his Erie Canal thru-paddle across New York state. Our Baker's Dozen set of questions are answered by Tommy and Rose Elliott, who volunteered as John's support crew for his 333-mile paddle.
