On the 62nd episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we interview co-owner and Head Chef of Soi on Capitol Hill, Chef Yuie Wiborg. Chef Yuie has been cooking at a very young age in Thailand and has brought her unique Thai food dishes to Soi focusing on Thailand's North Eastern region of Issarn. Listen as she talks about how she's created the menu at Soi and what new things are coming up for the near future and next year.
