In this episode I talk to Chad Aichs, one of the greatest Powerlifters of all time. Chad has written openly about his struggles with insomnia and mental health; and how training has played a role in that aspect of his life. It was a tough conversation, as it brought to mind a lot of my own extremely similar struggles from the past; but I left the conversation encouraged and refreshed. About the Guest:


Chad is a World class powerlifter with best competition lifts of 1173lb squat, 821 bench, 755 deadlift, and 2733 total.  Breaker of multiple world records and winner of multiple championships.  When his best lifts where performed they where some of the highest of all time.  Also competitor in the Scottish Highland games.
