On Episode 1 “Waters” gives a synopsis of what his podcast is about and discusses the meaning behind the current topic and future discussions to come. Episode 1 includes one of two segment types he will be having on his podcast. “Top of the dome topics” and “Behind the Quotes” are the two segment titles. This episode includes the “Top of the dome topics” segment where he talks about things that randomly come in his head during times of reading, research or just everyday events. The “Top of the Dome Topic” discussion on this episode was on how information and data is readily available but execution and consistency isn’t. Waters dives in and talks about how we live in such an information/data driven era and somehow the masses still find it hard to consistently execute on the information they have access to. Other episodes will include the other segment type he will feature on his podcast called “Behind the Quotes” where he gives an in depth overview of the meaning behind the self made quotes he has come up with in his life time.
