First podcast episode EVER my friends!! I will be making an outline from now on and work on taking "um" out of my vocabulary! LOL But-- I look forward to making more of these for the clients out there that never get the chance to hear or understand things about the real estate industry, mortgage, and general finance that I've learned over the last 15 years in the industry.
