Sinkoff explains that the podcast will cover a range of topics, including sports, pop culture, real estate, zombies, breakfast cereals and anything else he wants to "Sound-off" about. The podcast is a passion project and a way for him to connect with listeners.
Sinkoff invites feedback and suggestions from the audience and expresses his excitement for the journey ahead.
