Episode 101 of the What's a Hero Podcast introduces us to a man who has spent his entire adult life in the service of others. Dr. John Lohrfink has been a paramedic, patrol officer, and detective. He has a special place in his heart for those who have and are dealing with trauma, specifically active shooter trauma. His work dives into the cause and effect of that horrible act and what we as citizens can do about it.
