Episode 102: Remember the Convergence
Update: 2016-11-21
Description
Crossover Office on Android is aimed at Intel-based devices and Chromebooks with an Intel processor. The aim is to make Windows applications available on those devices.
Chrome OS users will have to have the Google Play Store available on their devices. As of the updating of this feed, Thomas actually has the Store available in one of the Canary builds. The good news is that more Chromebooks can run Android apps.
Ubuntu on Windows is an interesting propisition to say the least. It allows for people to run basic command line tools from a Linux-based environment natively on Windows. Another interesting part is the expansion of PowerShell to other platforms.
