On this episode, I have the incredible Dr. Caroline Robinson, MD, FAAD who is a board-certified dermatologist. Dr. Robinson and I talk about her journey into motherhood, which happened to be while she was in medical school with her first daughter, and during residency with her second daughter. She is a great example of how women can blend (not necessarily balance) motherhood in an extremely demanding career.
I also love how being authentic to her own voice opened up new doors and platforms for her to speak about diversity in Dermatology. This ultimately lead her to start her own dermatology practice, Tone Dermatology, which opens in the spring this year.
