Okay. You weigh too much and you hate it. You want to weigh less but you can't. You think that it's because you have a big "appetite." NONSENSE. Do you know what your appetite is? Probably not. It's just a reflection of your emotional need to put food in your mouth. It was more important to you -emotionally- to put lots of food in your mouth than it was to weigh less. It's that simple.
Your "love" for food is the same thing. You don't "love" food. You feel you need it in your mouth because it makes you feel better and stops you from feeling bad.
You continue to put enough food in your mouth to cause you to continue to weigh what you do. You have become "emotionally comfortable" at your weight. That's why you will almost certainly regain the weight you thought you had "lost."
That's why diets are a colossal waste of time and money. Your money.
