In today's episode I am joined by Nada Hassan who is Physiotherapist at The Movement Physio and Performance and completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. Throughout her time in school, Nada worked as a strength and conditioning coach and continues to coach powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters and crossfitters. 

Her mission is to help barbell athletes overcome their injuries so that can feel strong again and smash PRs. She believes that education and exercise are the foundations for a successful rehab program.
