This week we meet Coach Dirk owner of "Against the Grain MMA and Boxing" out of Columbus Georgia. As US Army vet, fighter and coach he is on an amazing journey. We got to not only hear about the things that have made him the person he is today, we also got some sound advice from someone that has been in the sport of over 14 years.
