Games are loaded by fixing the sensor pack on the screen and playing back specially recorded YouTube videos with a small box of flashing lights that the sensor picks up, you have a receiver program that you load up first on the VIC20 and it then picks up the light pulses and turns that in to 1’s and 0’s.
