Chloe Andersen has more than 12 years’ experience as a people leader and executive coach including extensive work at global Fortune 100 companies in New York City, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Seattle, and is currently the Global Learning and Development Manager for Amazon's OpsTech IT organization.  Prior to joining Amazon, she was Senior Vice President at Citi in Hong Kong. Chloe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and French, and an MBA in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources from Brigham Young University, and certifications in several assessments and trainings including NeuroColor, MBTI, Amazon 360, GlobeSmart, and Franklin Covey’s Speed of Trust.
