Season 3 opens as we discover what Buffy has been up to since leaving Sunnydale after sending Angel into a Hell dimension. She is now going by "Anne" and working in a diner as a waitress. A familiar face seeks out Buffy for help after her boyfriend goes missing.

We also discuss the actress who plays Lilly, cults, Love Island and Jayme has to explain the concept of time in a hell dimension to Stephen. Will he understand it? We'll never know.
